01 — The challenge
Gallery LA is a family studio in Baabdat, Mount Lebanon that has been designing, building, renovating and crafting its own furniture since 2004. They needed a site that conveyed a rare, end-to-end promise — 'we don't outsource your vision' — without feeling like a catalogue.

The studio's in-house, made-to-order furniture collection — a genuine differentiator since 2004 — had no dedicated showcase, leaving a signature capability invisible to new visitors.
Scattered contact points across phone, social media and word-of-mouth made it unclear how a prospective client should start a conversation, losing leads to friction alone.
